Joanna Fleck is a reflective practice facilitator, trainee psychotherapist, and writer. She spent over 10 years working in legal aid, specialising in actions against the state, inquests and public inquiries. She is the co-Director of Claiming Space [link], a social enterprise providing training and reflective practice for lawyers working with trauma in their caseload. She co-authored Vicarious Trauma in the Legal Profession [link], published in 2021. Joanna also provides reflective practice groups for community centres and charities with Mind in Camden and teaches mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
